Shipping Policy 

 

At Art By Aaron Dye, we strive to ship your orders promptly and ensure a positive experience from purchase to delivery. Please read our shipping policy below for important details regarding processing times, shipping methods, and international orders.


Order Processing

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days from the time your order is placed.
  • We process orders 7 days a week, but please note that USPS only ships Monday through Saturday in our rural area.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately upon placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Free Shipping Method: USPS Ground Advantage
  • Delivery Estimate: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days (varies based on your location).
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email so you can follow your package’s progress.

International Shipping

  • We do ship worldwide, but free shipping is not available for international orders.
  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: Calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Delivery times vary by destination.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility.
  • It may take 24–48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays & Exceptions

  • We do our best to ensure timely deliveries, but occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather events, carrier delays, or remote delivery locations).
  • USPS does not pick up or deliver on Sundays in our rural area, which may extend shipping timelines for orders placed late in the week.

Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages

  • If you suspect your package is missing, lost, or has been damaged in transit, please first track your package using the tracking number provided.
  • If your concerns persist, contact us at artbyaarondye@gmail.com with your order number, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for packages once they have been marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

  • For returns, exchanges, or refunds, please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions.
  • Shipping fees (where applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the product arrives damaged.

Return Policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
